You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Hidden Gem a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate the law or another person's rights.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to post illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or privacy-invasive content; harass others; scrape or reverse engineer the Services; introduce malicious code; evade safety measures; or access accounts or systems without authorization.

4. Location safety

Location details and community content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe to access. Respect private property, posted rules, wildlife, local laws, weather, and your own abilities. Hidden Gem is not a navigation, emergency, or safety service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Gem and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
